A Brazilian BBQ or Churrascaria in Portuguese, is a restaurant serving grilled meat and usually offering an all you can eat menu where waiters move around the restaurant with their skewers, slicing meat onto the customer's plate as they go. In the Brazilian shemale world, a BBQ is very similar to the above, except the waiters are the trannies themselves; serving thick slices of their skewered, well-done meat to men with a fairly large appetite.
